Third Clue: March's Movie

Clue #3: This month's movie could have worked into a couple of our past themes, for example Knock-Offs or Canuxploitation. (But it would not have worked into any that were horror related, because this month's movie is honestly not a horror movie. But it is a special brand of wild... one that should not be missed.)
