STILL SOLD OUT FOR ALL POSTED SHOWS.
BUT!!! If you arrive when doors open, there are always a handful of tickets available day of. (Thanks to the kind patrons who reach out to the Trylon to release their tickets when they find they cannot attend!) So come early and try your luck if you missed tickets!
This month's move theme: Totally normal movies.
Hints: This month's movie is a completely normal, straightforward, predictable, trope filled movie... for a parallel dimension I hesitate to imagine. To say things escalate quickly would inadvertently downplay the absolute unpredictability of this film. To say it's a gory slasher-adjacent movie would undercut the love-and-betrayal story the entire film is hinged upon. And although this month's movie is a foreign film, you can't really blame any of this film's unhingedness on cultural differences, because it really didn't travel far to get here.
Mutual Aid Suggestion: Start planning a food garden. When growing food, there's always room to grow more than you need, which gives you an opportunity to share your bounty! Don't have access to a yard? Look into community gardens you could utilize, start an herb garden on your kitchen counter, grow strawberries and peas on your patio, ask a friend/neighbor/etc with a neglected garden if you can revive their plot and split the bounty; the possibilities are more limitless than you might think.
When Available, Get Your Tickets Here: Tape Freaks presents: Mystery Movie @ the Trylon, 7pm $5
